We get too many normal X-rays. We also get too many incomplete forms. FYI, AXR can be done erect or supine or decubitus. If you need a specific view- write it!

Looking at the form- my first bet would be AXR erect, but apparently 6-7 hours earlier, CXR and erect AXR had been done. It was a different shift of radiographers, so I actually don't blame them. If he knows specifically that he wants AXR supine, why can't he just write it?
