DLBCL Stage IV:

Stage IV? Where at? Previous CT?
Previous CVA. Looking for infection/ SOL.
Surely contrasted.
Next question: fasted, allergies.

Send in 4 hours time. It's definitely indicated... right from the first call. Don't get me wrong, but I do need the details before I authorise a scan. As much as people hate it, we do need to justify scan- and we do need the history, seeing the last was only 14 days prior. We're no dumbass, but don't expect us to have the time to get the history.
